
Stephen Tuggy attends First Baptist Church of West Los Angeles. He is married to Susan Tuggy and they have two children, Sarah and Jeremy.
Mr. Tuggy’s legal practice includes all phases of civil litigation before state and federal courts. He has experience in a wide variety of areas, including antitrust, environmental litigation, toxic torts, class action litigation, derivative actions, business torts, and complex commercial matters. Recent engagements include representing a software developer in multiple consumer antitrust class action cases, an aerospace manufacturer in a series of toxic tort cases and environmental litigation; Taiwan-based manufacturers in disputes arising from the distribution of their products in the U.S., a chemical manufacturer in a series of toxic tort cases, and a motor oil producer in an antitrust action.
Mr. Tuggy is the Chairman of the Board of Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles, which sponsors and staffs legal aid clinics in the Los Angeles area. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Christian Legal Society.
